Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ZIGO, operated by KOZ club SAS, provides a lunch meetup reservation service. Users reserve a seat at a shared table in an inclusive restaurant for a fixed fee of 10 EUR. This fee covers table organization and reservation only — it does not include the meal.

2. Pricing

The reservation fee is 10 EUR per lunch. Each participant pays their own food and drinks directly at the restaurant.

3. No Refund Policy

All reservations are non-refundable. This policy exists because:

50% of revenue is donated to inclusive restaurants

Restaurant seats are pre-reserved and cannot be reallocated

4. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information during registration. Users commit to attending reserved lunches.

5. Liability

KOZ club's liability is limited to the reservation fee (10 EUR).

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Lyon courts.

This document is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
